The network consists of members from 9 institutions across Quebec including Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR), University of McGill, Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), University of Montreal, Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT), Polytechnique, Concordia, and the MERN (Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources).
Geotop annual meeting
This year will be the 20th annual Geotop Student meeting, an event which brings together students and researchers for a multi-disciplinary a three-day conference. The conference consists of three half-days of poster and oral presentations, as well as three invited speaker keynote presentations. In addition, networking activities are integrated through outdoor free time so that participants from different institutions and research backgrounds may form multi-disciplinary connections in the beautiful winter landscape of Quebec. This year's conference will be held at Jouvence outdoor retreat within Parc National du Mont-Orford. We hope to make this year’s conference extra special to mark the 20th anniversary of the Geotop Student Meeting.
